Siglent UK Ordering Experience??

Ok, I want to order a Siglent 1104X-E and strangely not available via Amazon.

Siglent UK has them, and you would expect them to have great customer service, but do they?

Has anyone ordered from the UK store?

 Did anyone have issues and had to return something, maybe dead on arrival or after several months.

I would normally order most things now via Amazon because they will just sort it in my experience, free shipping back to them and everything.

So please, good or bad, please share your experience of Siglent UK distribution

I have ordered several items from Telonic UK - Scope, Bench DMM, VNA, Power Supplies, differential probe + other bits and bobs.

I recommend them with no hesitation whatsoever. Excellent service.

You find out about service when something doesn't go right and I did have an issue. Between Siglent HQ and Telonic the solution was seamless - no fuss at all. I also returned a Siglent item that I thought wasn't right. They checked it out and were obviously, if very politely not 100% convinced about my diagnosis (if it was for a work test bench then I would have accepted it but even the smallest of cosmetic things bothers me for a big investment at home).  But regardless, they offered a new replacement if I wanted it - and I did.

You have admin support from someone you can speak to, not a faceless customer service rep in some distant land.  This came in handy when the courier delivered my parcel to a wrong address. Not Teloic's fault.  Also technical backup second to none.   

My advice - don't use Amazon, use Telonic.

Totally agree with eloso have been dealing with Doug (Telonic) for many years always faultless service 100% no problems at all.
Great service and back up first rate company  :-+

I bought a Siglent scope from Telonic. The only hassle I had was with their web site, which did something odd during the payment step, and left me not sure if I had completed my order or not. I called them, someone checked their order log, couldn't find my order, and offered to take it over the phone. I actually tried again on line, things went through smoothly that time, and my scope arrived in a day.

Another happy customer here.My only complaint was they included there catalogue in with the order,and all those pretty shiny things keep trying to  attract my attention
