I'm using the ubiquitous 8 ch, 24 MHz logic analyzer with sigrok on Windows. Only the 0.4.2 64-bit release captures data. My steps to reproduce:

1. Install PulseView (sigrok) release (0.4.2 64-bit) on Windows 11.
2. Plug in the super cheap logic analyzer.
3. Run Zadig. Select the new 'unknown device' and install the WinUSB driver.
4. Run PulseView.
5. Choose 'Run'
6. Observe data (I'm using this nice sketch https://github.com/quirxi/arduinoLogicAnalyzerTest to generate some data).

Now, with the nightly release:
1. Uninstall PulseView 0.4.2.
2. Install PulseView nightly (0.5.0-git-105ecff)
3. Run PulseView.
4. Choose 'Run'
5. Observe no data.

Note: In both cases the device dropdown shows the same logic analyzer.

I'm developing a protocol decoder for Renesas' ZMID4200 and similar one-wire interface, so I'd like to be as current as possible on sigrok. Yes, I could just use 0.4.2. I would like to participate in finding the problem and fixing it.

I'm by no means knowledgeable about sigrok/pulseview, but the pulseview manual mentions a command line option (--loglevel) that enables debug logging.  I'd start by setting that to 4 or 5 with both versions of the software and see what's different.
