Title: Small Bench-Top Temperature Test Chamber

We are testing electronic assemblies, including (as yet undecided type) batteries.

Specifications/Requirements
   Ability to set a time-temperature profile (PC control ideally)   
   -25C to + 40C range (No requirement for external coolant)
   Able to accommodate a 'box' with dimensions 285 x 250 x 140mm = 11.2 x 9.8 x 5.5 inches
   Budget about £4k

I don't know if the above budget is realistic - After lots of searching, I've not found anything that seems to approach the above wish-list.
Most results are over-the-top in terms of specification, size and cost.
