Title: Small test Keysight U1461A and understanding of MOV's

Hi All,

Receive a nice meter from Keysight, a U1461A Insulation Tester and reviewed it on the Element14 community website.

After doing a review (newbie) I look at a power supply that failed on switching and found the meter was perfect for testing MOV's. There is a lot mention on how good MOV's are in products but not much on evaluations. Thought I would give it a try.

I am not the best editor or producer so keep that in mind when looking at it. I hope to make improvements in future videos including better lighting. Am moving to a new place in about 3 week from the original post and hope to set-up a better lab there.
