His test(s) indicate a -3dB BW of ~390MHz, but in order to avoid possible interpolation errors, I would hope that Rigol actually tried to get the -3dB BW as close to 300MHz as possible. Of course, he only tested until around ~500MHz - my chart just extrapolates a further Gaussian response based on his numbers - but we certainly need more tests by more people to get a better handle on the situation. More BW above the Nyquist frequency is not a good thing - it's a bad thing. Here is his chart: |
