YEP,

as we use to say : "the devil is in details..."

ahah !

swanawood:
I have a doubt:

the SRST and TRST are cross connected ?

i overlayed the picture with labels, and following the wires, this is what I am ending up... Is it correct ?
(follow the wire going from 10pin connector SRST that seems to go to TRST pin into 20pin connector...)

Thanks

In fact you can just leave SRST unconnected on the scope.
It will power on on it's own.

You just can't reset it from openOCD in this configuration.

If it helps, here's a picture (attached) of the cable I use with my MSO1074Z-S and OpenOCD.  I can reset from within OpenOCD.  If I remember correctly, I just connected the signals straight through.

So , to recap :

to be able to reset from openOCD I need to cut the wire going to pin SRST of the 10 pi header ? (and the TRST is still connected from 10 pin header to SRST of 20 pin header)

Correct ?
