I was searching around for reasonable cost low voltage active differential probes and stumbled on the
SojaLab dProbe1000.
It claims 900MHz bandwidth, 10x attenuation, output into 50Ω, ±15V differential input range, ±30V common mode input range, ±40V peak. Input impedance appears to be 110kΩ / 2pF each side to GND and 220kΩ / 1.8pF differential. Power is through USB micro B connector. Signal output is SMB.
They're selling on ebay for 455EUR / ~480USD at time of writing. I'm tempted but would need to save up for this. Would also be nice to see more input connection accessories than appear to be offered.
