J6. I have two 8506A manuals, March 1983 with multi page schematics and March 1983 Rev 1. 10/85 without any. The original has 8505A front panel schematics but different and 8506A front panel picture in component section, neither will help. The revisited one has a correct picture as a last page, component section picture is also correct. The revisited one has also Isolator without Bus Interconnect in component section when original has Bus Interconnect and Isolator is still an Option. For 8505A I have only one manual, March 1983 Rev 2. 2/91, there you have an explanation. It's also only manual where I have those new 8506A style mode LEDs. |

Should we go on to the Thermal AC. 8506A has a new front panel and schematics has Thermal 8506A-1026 A11A1 Attenuator 8506A-1025 A11A2 Amplifier Left of Attenuator schematics page has a table SELECTED SET, there few components have different values. Center of that schematics has a shielded cable to Amplifier board, left of it is U6 pin 7, level with that and inside the shielded cable the drawing has an extra spot of 2x2 scan pixels. Right from the cable is U15 and its pin 3, it also has an extra spot. 8502AT schematics has Thermal 8502A-1026 A30A1 Attenuator 8502A-1025 A30A2 Amplifier There SELECTED SET table is missing but component values match the PRIMARY SELECTION of 8506A table. Both earlier mentioned spots are also there but scan has a lower quality. I have not checked but prediction is that those two schematics are identical. 8502AT front is a bit less pictured around the net so its nuances are unknown. What I have seen indicates that its buttons compared to 8502A are the pretty same. Observation level has been blurred text, but model 8502A/AT instead of 8502A was solid. Included pages are from Service and User Manual Supplement https://www.opweb.de/english/company/Fluke/8502A There greetings text is said to be HI-3.0.0 and configuration C245A 8 (manual has C2454A 8 ) so Cal Memory is also present. Error LLLLLL is also there, it's for approx. 5% below nominal input voltage. |

Power Interconnection module with 400Hz divider is also there, divider is a counter but can't find any details, even that I'm quite sure I've also seen its schematics. |
