Hi guys
there are something wrong with my spectrum analyzer, its signal level is 30db lower then excepted.
for example I feed a 10MHz 0dbm into, it shows 10MHz -30dbm,like following picture.

and when try to calibrate ifself, it shows an error with ERROR 654,TO LOW INPUT, like this.

is there anyone have same suggestion?
or where can I get service guide of the module. there is noting help on keysight website.

Run a mechanical attenuators check from the service or alignment menu (don’t remember which).

I see mdBm on the generator. Anyway, I'd check the signal from the generator's output with an oscilloscope to make sure the problem is in the spectrum analyser or generator.

That's not a good sign, when you switch in different amounts of attenuation does the Analyzer show a correct value or are all the attenuator positions off by 30DB??

Does the front panel calibrator signal also measure 30 dB too low?
