MSOX2014A Firmware Problem

I have an MSOX2014A oscillosible its firmware has some problems I followed the method of this tutorial to fix when I did the last step found that can not continue I suspect is the firmware version too new problem so I would like to ask for help I hope that well-wishers can upload the old firmware to the website or send it to my mailbox zqcao@ieoo.top thank you
