Hello, I almost needed to buy a 100v speaker impedance tester and I was thinking, buy me a LCR bridge instead.
I would appreciate if someone could tell me if, measuring the reactance and resistance of the 100v speakers and calculating its hypotenuse is enough to obtain the value of the impedance. A LCR bridge , after all, is much more useful than an speaker impedance tester, on all for the measure of esr in circuit
I currently have capacitance and normal inductance meter but I get the impression that, although I apply the formulas 2nfl and 1 / 2pfc, although I put 1khz on the frequency, I will not get what I want
Best regards

A very interesting topic this the impedance of the 100v speakers

You can also use a soundcard test rig, such as REW provides.

LIMP (ARTA) using a sound card is also a valid option which many people use.
