Title: Spring tips for PMK PML-711A or similar (e.g. LeCroy PP008)

Spring tips for these are sold at prices around gbp35 for five (PicoTech).  They are 0.65mm dia and 16.5mm long

I wonder whether a P50-B1 pogo pin (e.g. Harwin P13-0123) would fit these (nominal 0.68 dia 16mm long).  If so, they're available for about gbp7 per hundred, which is a LOT more reasonable!

I ordered a pack of 100 P50-B1 pogo pins from eBay for the grand sum of GBP3.35 (about USD4).

They fit my LeCroy PP008 probes perfectly, so for less than 1/10th the cost of five spring tips from Pico (the cheapest source for the official parts I could find), I now have 100 replacement tips.

I'd call that a win :)
