Restauration R&S ESCS30

Hello,
I got an R&S ESCS30, unfortunately it is not working. After opening it up, it turns out there is no CPU board.
So I either search for a CPU board or try to reverse engineering.
In any case, I'm searching for all kind of information about the device, especially the Service Manuals.

It's not so easy to find. Perhaps, you could see on this website about ESPC and all similar EMI receiver with "ES" references made in the 90's :

Thank you! Yes Information are hard to get.
Howvever I will study the other manuals, however it seem that the CPU board included the ADC converter. I hope that I just can read them out, let see what happened.
