STG-1000W autotrafo: anybody knows it?

I'm looking for an autotrafo, and I found on Amazon something called STG-1000W. On the pictures it looks decent, but all I can find on the internet are store pages, and sketchy looking websites scraping listings from ebay. Not a single opinion, or review. Does anybody have any experience with it?
