Title: Strange bootup rigol 1022u

Hello

I have taked a rigol 1022u and it arribed with the handle broked..all seems to works correctly, but when I power on the item it show some vertical and orizzontal strips, and when it power on completely the strips disappear, but if I look with attenction at the screen I can see these strips, is a shade, no burned pixel

I would guess that there is a problem with a ribbon cable connecting the display to the control board.  Does it look like it has been disassembled before?  Post a picture if you can.

It's normal, all that units have that lines, it's because they power the display before initializing the controller.
Me too thought was a defect.

Edit: also, the lcd used for the 1022 is a bit crappy and you'll see strange lines also with high luminosity settings. You should deal with it.
