Stumbled upon this scope.... Multicomp pro MP720024!

Any idea what the heck it is ? First time I see such brand as well as wondering if this is something re-badged? I see no mention of this thing anywhere in internet !
Specs seems to be ok
It has even 12bit vertical

Any thoughts?

House Brand/Rebadged.  Knobs look like an OWON, Maybe an XDS2102A?
