Title: Suggest LiPo battery capacity tester - like Opus BT-C3100 for 18650 (or DIY)

What
Searching for capacity tester for LiPo batteries, which runs full cycle (charge, discharge, charge) and displays accurate battery capacity.

I am looking for same features as Opus BT-C3100, which I use for 18650 batteries (https://www.amazon.com/Opus-BT-Intelligent-Compatible-Batteries/dp/B01852TBOU (https://www.amazon.com/Opus-BT-Intelligent-Compatible-Batteries/dp/B01852TBOU)).

Why
I salvage notebook batteries. 18650 are not used anymore and I need a tool to measure Li-ion Polymer cells.

I prefer a finished product, but you can suggest DIY solutions.

Nearly any electronic load can be used, optionally connected to a computer that can record a discharge curve.
The only DIY part is making a connector that fit the battery.

I use an IMAX B6 and B8. Multiple cycles, logs out a serial port.

I bought this EBL Universal charger recently for single cell batterys. Very nice device. You can log on PC. I build an adapter to connect phone batterys.
For multiple cell batterys i use an iMax B6 too.
