| Suin SS7402 Universal Counter - Go or No Go? |

Hi all! I'm fairly new here (honestly this is my first post :-\ ), but I'm hoping to get some answers from you guys. I'm about to buy a Suin (has anyone heard of this company?) SS7402 frequency counter. It is offered to me for 400€s. Is it worth this money? Is there anything to complain about? What about the reliability of these things? Many thanks in advance! Martin |

seems a fork of HP Agilent models ... i would say NO unless you are the guinea pig, dismantle it, picture the innards etc ... |

User's Guide: https://www.suindigital.com/data/upload/Users-Guide-of-SS7402_201811.pdf The price seems high for what you're getting. It's a relatively obscure company out of China and this unit doesn't have the 3rd channel option for frequencies above 200MHz. |

Never seen teardown of this Model. Maybe I will do some YouTube Video... |

For that kind of money you can buy a decent AWG with a built in freq counter |
