Hello,
I'm a PhD student using an Agilent 4155C parameter analyzer in a basic sweep measurement. I had a question about the smallest hold time duration that will be applied. I am currently setting the hold time and the wait time to 0. I wonder if you could tell me what is the actual duration of the voltage applied (for voltage sweep)? It’s needed so I can calculate the energy applied for the measurement.
Looking at the datasheet (page 6 below), I see that the resolution for the hold time to be 10mS and the wait-time is 100uS. Is there any reasonable approximation regarding the duration of the step I can make (for example, each step is 50uS -- half of 100uS wait time resolution):

I appreciate any help or insight you can offer. I do not have access to a separate oscilloscope I can use to verify the pulse being applied.
thank you!
