t7 tester issues

has anyone a fix,mine is hardly used,chinese junk i expect!.

I wouldn't worry about it. Unit is good enough without calibrating it. It's not like it's a precise piece of test gear anyway.
If it has a genuine Atmel chip, then you can reflash it with the publicly available firmware. If it uses the Chinese MCU, you're stuck with what you have.
