HELP - How do I unlock my Micsig TO1104 tBook mini scope?

I don't know what I did but somehow I caused my new Micsig TO1104 scope to go into some kind of lock mode.  There is now a padlock icon in the upper right corner of the screen.  I can't even shut the scope down or restart it and cannot even launch the o-scope application.  I can hit the power button which will bring up four choices: Standby, Restart, Shutdown and Unlock.  However, Unlock does not unlock the scope.  Indeed none of these options works.

I'm at a total loss.  How do I get it unlocked?

I got it unlocked.  I figured what the heck I got nothing to loose at this point and tried holding the power button down and the scope shutdown.  Upon powering it up it came up unlocked.  Whew, what a relief.  I thought I bricked it.

Push power button there are four options, last one is lock(unlock).
