Title: Tek 3066 Spectrum Analyzer

Does anyone out there have the installation software for a Sony/Tektronix 3066 DC-3 GHz Realtime spectrum analyzer?

Mine seems to have corrupted some files.

Does it work for tek 3066? I am also looking for tek3066 software.
