Here are the screens, one with all samples and one with the MAG function (zoom):

And here are exported raw data:

So for me everything is fine.

hello mr precision

try to read several times, with only the command "DATA: START " , no need to use the command "DATA:STOP" , you need the "DATA: START " only for read the data from instrument

for example the first time

--- Code: ---interfaceWrite("DATA:START 1");

--- End code ---
the second time

--- Code: ---interfaceWrite("DATA:START 2500");

--- End code ---
the third time

--- Code: ---interfaceWrite("DATA:START 5000");

--- End code ---

change only the value of command "DATA: START" in your code and read several times

--- End quote ---

I don't understand how you should read out  more than 2500 samples. I only can readout the values for the timespan shown in the screen. Please read the programming manual. Anyhow, I have tried out interfaceWrite("DATA:START 2500"); this returns only value, like I expect. Its the last value.

So out of my point of view I could not improve anything.

Hi Sir,
did you get the info about pinout for the new DC/DC converter to replace the inverter?
best regards

Dan.

zoiasso:
Anyone know anyway to replace the bnc connector on THS720p? The service manual says the bnc is part of the chassis, but it looks like fited in there, im trying to figure out how to remove them. I have 2 scopes with plastic broken on the bnc connector that need replacement.

those connectors are a real problem. They are unique to that scope although similar connectors exist. Those have a special connector on the back that the coax fits into. If you want to maintain the full isolation these are designed to provide you need the plastic connectors and then I think you could just solder the cable from the board to the pins on the back of the connector. It would all be a little crude, but better than not being able to use the scope. I found the similar connectors from a vendor in China. I'll look for the info and post it if I can find it.

Fraser:
Does anyone have a spare CCFL inverter that I can purchase please ? I have a TH720A that came to me without the inverter :(

Fraser
