BDI200 Firmware for PPC 6xx/7xx/74xx with GDB

I already searched through the forums for previous BDI2000 firmware posts. I am looking for PPC 6xx7xx/74xx firmware that supports GDB or EDGE debugger. The filenames are of the form:

b20copgd.1xx
b20copfw.1xx

If anyone has firmware files they are willing to share, please please let me know. Thanks.
