Hi All! Picked up a working 2213 for next to nothing -- probes included -- and summarily recapped the PSU. Dropped it off at a Tek calibration center about a week ago and it has a "functional failure". The remark is: "Unit has a residual background signal present on timing test that prevents data collection and calibration/adjustment." One might interpret this as PSU noise? If so, what might I have missed? Any pointers in the right direction are appreciated. Thanks.
Edit: I do have a SM.
