Tektronix 2432 CCD tear down

Any body knows how to fix this thing? Before to ceramic break, of couse...

You could try soldering to the gold traces directly. I think Marc Michalzik did that a few years back on some very expensive RF assembly... so should be good enough ;)

I'd much more recommend conductive epoxy, if it won't have any negative effect on signals (higher connection resistance). Gold, especially in thin layer is very likely to get dissolved completely, if you are not fast enough while trying to solder it.

Mr. Michalzik wrote that he was worried about that, too, but saw no such issues in multiple tries.
