Title: Tektronix 2710 Options

I recently got a Tektronix 2710 in nearly mint condition but it does not have an option sticker on it.
When I navigate to the installed options screen it says

300Hz Filter  300kHz Filter
Phase Lock   Centronix
NVM12.88

I am not sure exactly what options these are. Can someone enlighten me on this ?

It looks like you have options 01, 09, and 11.  The manual available on that page may tell more.

I do have the manual, but it is not clear to me what options I have installed.  |O
