Tektronix 491 band c oscilator varactor diodes, solid state version

Hi,

I´m searching for a replacement diode for a TEKTRONIX 491. Is marked as MA45601. I have replaced with a BB405, and PLL now works well, but If is possible I would like to put original ones or equivalent, ceramic body Ghz band diodes, in the MACOM catalog I don’t see it.
There´s two diodes, one is unmarked

Any know where to find them?
