Title: Tektronix 6809E Microprocessor Support Package

I'm looking for the manual that goes with the "TLA Support for Motorola 6809E Processor" software from the Tektronix website https://www.tek.com/software/tla-support-for-motorola-6809e-processor (https://www.tek.com/software/tla-support-for-motorola-6809e-processor). Or if anyone knows the pin mapping to hook up a 6809E that would also be helpful. Most of the probe channel names make sense, but I have no idea where I should connect the probe channels labeled: "DEAD_D~", "VMA_D~", "IOCO_D~", "IF-IF2_D~", "IF_D~", and "6809E/6809~". Thanks.
