Hi all,
I've found a Tektronix AFG3102 100MHz Arb Gen locally at a fair price and I'm considering it. I'm having a hard time locating information on exactly what was upgraded in the B and C revisions of this series. I found one post from Alan W2AEW where he mentioned a better screen but that's about it.

Any thoughts?
Looking at the data sheet it's interesting to me how the distortion performance is worse on the higher spec models, not a problem for my application.
Cheers,

As far as I know, there was only 1 AFG3000 "B" model, and that was the AFG3021B/AFG3022B. I think the change was for the maximum voltage output. All other models went direct from no letter to the C model. From a user perspective, I think the only change was the brighter screen with better viewing angles. The non-letter screen was hard to see off-angle.
Depending on the price, it could be an excellent find!
