Title: Tektronix Input RC Normalizer 067-0537-00 data sheet/manual

All,
    I have a Tektronix Input RC Normalizer 067-0537-00 that I am trying to find the data sheet/manual for. I have searched the net extensively, and have not been able to find the paperwork for it. I want to check the calibration of it, then use it to set the input capacitance on my three Tektronix 2400 series scope. Tektronix made a number of different versions of these normalizers, with different capacitance ratings. The one I have is for a 1meg 15pf input. I would imagine the setup for any of these normalizers would give me the testing info I need. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Attached is a "pdf" of the Tek 067-0538-00 Input Normalizer manual.  I hope this helps.
