have two tek p6131 probes that did not come with the plastic caps/covers on the end of the probe (not sure if I am naming them right sorry), the covers slip over the probe tip on the end of the probe. Anyone know where I can get these. I have found the probe accessory kits on ebay but they do not have this piece included. thanks for any help

You might have discovered all this already, but here you go...
If you're talking about the long thin sleeve that slips over the metal attenuator tip, the datasheet calls it "Body shell, probe". The part number is 204-0925-01, but any rev other than -01 should be ok.
There's a 204-0925-02 on ebay right now for an insane price if you're desperate enough.
Looking at pictures, P6130, P6133, P6134 appear to use the same sleeve (and perhaps others in the P613x series?). So, if you can find some of those that are junkers for cheap on ebay that could be an option.
The sleeves are unusually thin. Sleeves from other similar probes (e.g., P6139) are slightly wider and will not fit right.
