I enabled accidenally the Pictbridge Printer as output printer in my scope and now the instrument is not found anymore on the usb port through VISA. On the Device Manager a new device "Pictbridge" has replaced the old "Tektronix instrument" on the same usb port. As a consequence the usb port is not shown anymore on any Tekvisa app.
I have tried to remove the Pictbridge printer on the scope but the button "Delete" is grayed out.
So, i have a question: how to remove the Pictbridge printer configuration on the scope?
