Hi!
I’ve got a Tektronix TDS 520D oscilloscope, which is kinda old digital oscilloscope and has kinda weird channel configuration.
It has 2 regular channels and 2 “auxiliary” channels. It can display only 2 channels any given time.
This scope looks very similar to TDS540D which has 4 regular channels and it can use all of them in the same time.
Do you think that the TDS 520 can be hacked to think it is a TDS 540 and use all the channels?
Does anyone have experience with that?
Thanks,
Mate
The TDS520 and TDS540 scopes have different acquisition boards, so it is unfortunately not possible to have all four channels active simultaneously on a TDS520.
