Tektronix TDS410A

These things are rated at 200MHz yet only sample at 100MS/s.

How the heck does that work?  Imaginative interpolation?   :-DD

Equivalent Time (ET) sampling. Only really works on repetitive signals.

So useless for catching HF glitches but okay for waveform viewing.

I'd say good for single shot captures of signals with a bandwidth up to 25 MHz or so, but okay for normal mode triggering of repetitive signals up to 200 MHz.
