KeySight Infiniivision 3000T NAND Corruption

My friend has a KeySight Infiniivision MSOX3102T scope.
He hasn't used it for a long time.
The scope has some thing wrong now.It does not display anything after power on.
It has NAND corruption problem.
When I use 3000XSeriesT.04.05.2015021000.ksx to make files to repaire it,I found the nk.bin.comp file can not be decompressed.
But the recover.nk.bin.comp fike can be decompressed.
I think that maybe I need 3000XSeriesT.04.00.2014101304.cab to make a set of files to repaired the scope.
