Napalm2002:
Hello all I need a little help. I recently purchased a tektronix thm571 and it's missing the battery holder/ battery door. Can anyone help me out?

Try this:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/276676533580?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=3r0QSilUTwG&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=Z_B_yX6WRIS&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

The plastic in the original packs gets very brittle and break, so old ones are hard to find. They came in two basic types, one that took AA batteries, and the other with NiCds inside. The plastic case was the same, the AA version having contacts for the cells. There was also a rare external powersupply/interface/print adapter.

Napalm2002:
Thanks jeez thats pricy. I got the scope for a steal. Don't want to spend a ton and not be able to get it working.

factory:
Hopefully the seller wasn't able to power it up, this series of scopemeters are notorious for the surface mount electrolytics to leak & corrode, the leaked electrolyte is conductive & can take out the expensive DC-DC converter ICs when powered up, YMMV.

Good point. This youtube video shows the process the change the caps and the vulnerable ICs. Same scope, different firmware:
