Tektronix TLA704 running WIN2000 cannot shut down

I have a TLA704. Yesterday, I installed a new version of BIOS, upgraded 64MB of memory, installed the windows 2000 operating system and tla5.1 software. Everything seemed to be very good. But when I wanted to shut down, I found that Windows 2000 could not be shut down. After pressing the power button, there was a blue screen error. Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you.

I'm not sure if it's ACPI BIOS or not, but APM is enabled, both in BIOS and in WIN2000.

Yesterday, I found a BIOS file in the search function of the forum. In the readme file, it can only be applied to the LCD screen with 800x600 replaced. My tla704 screen is still 640x480. After I install the BIOS, the display is no longer normal, but Windows 2000 can be shut down. I want to find a good solution, which can be shut down and normal on my 640x480 screen , thank you.
