I think that it is, the front-panel looks like it is designed by Tek.

Was about to ask if SRS were related to tek/danaher. Doesnt appear to be any releation.

Certainly looks similar from back of this unit. Vector Signal Generators, SG390 Series — Up to 6 GHz vector signal generators

I've taken a look at the firmware upgrade for the TSG4000 series and couldn't find any reference to SRS.
As to be expected from Tek, this thing runs linux. Seems like the code name is 'arcteryx'

Perhaps only the hardware was contracted out and Tek is still doing the software in house.

Well the software all runs inside the LCD screen module and that is the component which is different from the SRS model, so it makes sense. :)
