Teledyne LeCroy Mercury USB protocol analyzer

Hi all,

I bought Teledyne LeCroy Mercury USB protocol analyzer from DigiKey but software is not exist in the box.
I tried to download from the website of Teledyne. It's impossible. For download a customer must be registered but no way how to register on the website. No any link for registration  :-//
I sended request to support about software, fill EUC export form and send back.
But no any response last 7 days.  :-- I have short deadline.
Brothers who can share me Mercury T2/T2C/T2P USB Protocol Suite ???

Did you send an email to psgsupport@teledyne.com with the requested information for the Mercury T2/T2C/T2P USB Protocol Suite download request?

If you did that and you still haven't received a response on how to proceed with the download, that is unfortunate. I don't know what else you can do at this point, unless someone here has downloaded the software that they can share with you.

Unfortunately something is wrong with their website. I have tried to log into my account and it is impossible. The option to send the username and change the password also does not work (I do not receive emails).

Yes.

1. Send email with question how to download software for the device
2. Receive response with some questions like Name, Part number, application
3. Send email with all informationa and invoce from DigiKey
4. Receive response with EUC export form for filling and signing
5. Send email with filled and signed EUC export form.
......... no response
6. Send email with question what's wrong
......... no response

No any response last 10 days.

That is a completely unacceptable customer support experience on the part of Teledyne / LeCroy.  :--

I wonder if it would help at all to try contacting Digi-Key customer support and let them know that you will need to return the analyzer for a full refund as it is completely non-functional without being able to download the required analyzer software. Then maybe they could find a way to quickly make the software available for you do download so that you wouldn't have to return a non-functional analyzer.

In the meantime, maybe someone here has a copy of the analyzer software that they could share with you.
