I had to cough up 300 Brussels sprouts Pesos for it though. --- End quote --- You can have my Brussels sprouts for all eternity if you're feeling short. :-DD mnem now my broccoli... that's another story altogether. I'll fight you over that. ;) --- End quote --- If I prepare the Brussel sprouts(insert a (relatively thin)slice of garlic in each cut open stem; add a hint of fresh ground black pepper; steam it just crunchy; salt), after the first you will fight me over the rest :-DD :-DD :-DD --- End quote --- When you are feeling lazy, cut them into quarters, boil for a couple of minutes. While they are draining, make a sandwich (toast or bread) with lots of salted butter. Ensure paper towel available, and do not attempt to eat when near a keyboard. |

no, when looking at brussels sprouts Seppuku appears to be a viable alternative. |
| Zoli:
@tggzzz: Little risky to have a mushy mess, which gives them the bad name; I would pour boiling water over the quarters; it should do it. @Saskia: If don't know them in other form then a tasteless mushy mess, then you position is no surprise; my point would be to keep an open mind, because properly they done can cause fights(no, it's not SF) Alternatively(I didn't tried yet) deep fried in KFC-style coating sounds a promising idea. /And the results are in: I wish 42, but the reality sez 59; now, what to do with that many ATMegas(selling is not an option)? Anyone interested? |
