Do you have Advantest R9211 Service Manual ? My equipment have problem.

The other problem is SG （signal generator）
It have 15.75Khz -80dbV jamming signal when the signal generator is not open.

15.75KHz? Perhaps it captures the CRT's horizontal frequency?

Thanks you reply. But there is no 15.75khz signal when RF input is not connected with SG out.
