the third day it seems a solution was found
comparing revision 14 and 17 boards and also checking some voltages, or rather what comes to the beeper, I found that on the older revision, 5.5 volts come to the beeper circuit.
By simple logical reasoning, I came to the conclusion that the error in the circuit was precisely in the incorrect connection of the beeper amplifier power supply, so by cutting the tremor and throwing the power supply to the main 3.3 volts, we will get a factory solution to the problem.
However, this is not enough, and the multimeter still eats 100 mA in maximum mode, before the correction it ate 150 mA. Thus, it is additionally necessary to change the R130 to something about a dozen ohms, 43 ohms helped me, the consumption became 70 mA
