Can someone recommend a good set of test leads for a UT61E multimeter?

https://probemaster.com/ - I put off buying some of these for so long because the photos made me think they'd be uncomfortable to use.  I was totally wrong - they are every bit as good as people say.  And you can get them however long you like and can opt for straight banana plugs instead of the right-angled ones that are usually used (and that I find more irritating than not).

If you're a Fluke fan, then TL-71 leads are nice - much nicer than the TL-75s that usually come with their meters.

If you're in the EU or already buying something else from welectron.com (to cover the shipping), then these Brymen leads are great and cheap (10 EUR + shipping):

  - Brymen BL21S2-T4SC Silicone Test Leads

I´ve bought testleads from probemaster for my brymen by welectron and never regret it.
Like them more than the ones we have at work from fluke.

Any 4mm standard test lead will fit.
I have bought these and they work great with both the UT61E and my Flukes:
