Does that mean Tequipment service is about to go to hell?

Don't know. But it does mean Evan got himself a really nice payday.

That explains why that last three thing I ordered from TEquipment where shipped from TestEquity.

I would have thought the bigger news yesterday was Emerson buying NI for $8.2B.

EBITDA of 6x is relatively low (10-15x is considered good), but maybe thats normal for a reseller?
The business is currently anticipated to generate annual sales of more than $110 million, annual adjusted EBITDA in excess of $7 million and be accretive to the Company’s current year earnings.
Either way their prices were always better as they had the discount. Testequity prices don't look as good.

I would presume so, as you are essentially only buying the goodwill of the name and customer database, and whatever the distribution centre is. Someone else said that they got Tequipment stuff delivered by TestEquity, so maybe they don't even use the distrubution centre any more?

Hello all. You will continue to get the same great service. Your EV blog special pricing is still in place. We appreciate all of our business and especially this channel. I left college at 21( after my jr year as EE major ) to take care of the family. A year later we started TEquipment and grew it to the company it is today. We value our customers are the culture of the company. You can still reach me at TEquipment.
Thanks!
Evan
