Hello friends
I bought a DS1102E from Rigol last month,
I have updated its firmware yesterday, at this moment the electricity gone, when it returned I saw the software of DS1102E not coming up,
What should I do?
It doesn’t work.
Do you have any practice for it?
Please advise me. :-BROKE

I think you will only solve it by a direct flash via JTAG. Having said that, maybe contacting Rigol is your best solution.

I suggest you check out this thread , but note this scope and thread is getting long in the tooth and Dreig may no longer be contactable.

I think your means is DS1102e hack
but I don't want to hack it, I wanted to update the firmware version when the power gone and the main program of the oscilloscope was no running  :-//

The explanation in the link above is to fix a bricked Rigol DS1052E.

Whether you bricked your oscilloscope through an improper firmware hack, corrupted firmware due to power cycle, you can fix it using the described procedure.

So yes, the instructions also apply to your scope, and not only to scopes who have been "upgraded".
