All in Chinese on the back and the text says made in China.
Found a picture of the back on taobao.

http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a230r.1.14.112.iaE2Rv&id=41722904109&ns=1&abbucket=11#detail

If it says Made in China, I can't read Chinese.  Maybe someone can point it out?
