Tigal.com

What happened to tigal.com?  They are based in Austria and I purchased a logic analyzer and touch display from them in Jan/Feb with no problems.  Now all I get is:

Server Error

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.


Has anyone used them recently or know what happened?

They are insolvent since the 20th of march 2015. There is a topic at mikrocontroller.com about it. But it's in german. There insolvency is registered in this austrian economy magazine, german language too.

I have been hunting for information on Tigal as well. Sorry to hear they have gone 

I wanted to buy another Zeroplus Logic Cube from them but got the same error messages and no sign of them being active on the NET recently.

They had an excellent price on their Zeroplus 16032 logic analyser (£89+p&p). I ended up buying the 16032 from a really friendly company in Sweden for a good price. the good £/Euro exchange rate really helped

From memory, the charge to my credit card inc. postage was £101 

The proprietor of the shop could not have been more helpful when I had issues with checkout (it wanted a VAT no.) I had registered as a company rather than consumer !
When he found out that I had just retired he also gave me a 'retirement gift '

Hi Aurora, it was the Zeroplus 16032 which I purchased from tigal, with the intention of hacking it to max channels and max memory (haven't got around to it yet as the Jiankun LA5016 and Intronix LogicPort both helped me to find the bug I had been searching for). 
Tigal had some good prices which is why I was looking for them again.

Yes my first 16032 came from them as well. It grew up into a fine 16128  I also bought one of the Zeroplus protocol generator units from Tigal. It provides a nice source of protocol analysis training data. For me this was well worth the money. Have not seen the protocol generator boards anywhere else but someone must sell them ? They come in two models with different protocol signals on each.

I just did a quick check and the protocol generators are available from the Debug store but they appear a tad expensive ...... £139 for a 16032

They want £90 for the protocol boards...... my board cost me ~£40 from Tigal. Yep the Debug store is now on my list of 'too expensive' retailers

Another shop that I would have loved to buy mu 16032 from was ELESHOP in the Netherlands but I could not find an English version to order through.

Their prices look good. Take a look at the Protocol Generator Board price......45 Euro !
