Title: TL-4M (ТЛ-4М) analog multimeter owner's manual?

I bought a Soviet analog multimeter from Latvia several months ago. After spending a while using DeepL and Google Translate to look for a manual I have failed. Does anyone have a PDF scan of the manual or have ideas where I can look or some Russian language search terms I can use?

Some guy posted a video(!) of the manual on YouTube, but I would really like a PDF copy. Thank you.

I have added a picture of one for reference. It looks very similar to mine, although a little better condition.
