TR6163 manual - Takeda Riken, Advantest, ADCMT

Hello,

I've recently purchased a TR6163, multi channel current and voltage source, and I couldn't find a single document or specs about it.

Does anyone have any information/document about it? Even if it is in japanese, that is not a problem.

I know the story of Takeda Riken, later became Advantest, and then some testing equipment went to Adcmt.

Advantest is known for not making any documents available. There are some discontinued manuals to be found here:

R&S also have some documents available, I am not sure what relationship Advantest and R&S had.

But no information about the TR6163 to be found there.

At least I know the basic specs, and it is a very fine piece of equipment, as I suspected. I couldn't find drifting figures, though.

What year is that catalog?

The equipment is coming from Japan, I still don't have it here with me. From the photos of the actual unit, it is loaded with 1x TR 61604, 1x TR61603 and 2x TR61601 or TR61602.

All I am in need now are the GPIB command instructions, I believe, and calibration instructions.

Unfortunately Advantest Japan said they have no info at all as it is an old unit.
